This policy explains how Qodify+ uses cookies and similar technologies. It follows the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority's guidance on cookies. Our Privacy Policy and Information Notice covers everything else about how we process your personal data.
This is an English version of the Turkish text. If the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.
1. The short version
- The qodifyplus.com website sets no cookies.
- The web app (app.qodifyplus.com) uses one necessary cookie that keeps you signed in, and two cookies that remember your language and appearance, set only when you choose them.
- We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. A browser's local storage and session storage can be used for similar purposes; this policy calls them "similar technologies".
3. The website (qodifyplus.com)
Our website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It has no analytics, advertising pixels or content loaded from other sites, and we serve its fonts from our own server. The language comes from the page address (English pages are under /en).

The admin screens of our platform staff use separate session cookies (__Host-aim_staff and __Secure-aim_staff_pending). They are never set in our customers' browsers.
5. Similar technologies
The web app keeps the following in your browser's storage. None of it is sent to our server as a cookie.

6. Legal basis
- The session cookie and the similar technologies are necessary for you to use the web app. We rely on Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK (performance of a contract) and, for security, on Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest).
- The language and appearance cookies hold only the value you chose and nothing that identifies you. They are set only when you make a choice, for a function you expressly asked for. We therefore do not rely on your explicit consent for them; we rely on Article 5(2)(c).
7. Other sites' cookies
Our web app does not set cookies for other sites. You are taken to another site in two cases, though:
- Connecting Meta: Meta's page opens while you connect your Meta account. Meta's cookies are used there, under Meta's own policy.
- Payment: the payment provider's page (currently iyzico) opens when you pay or update your card. The provider's cookies are used there, under its own policy.
8. Managing cookies
You can see, delete or block cookies and stored data in your browser settings.
- If you delete the session cookie, you are signed out; if you block it, you cannot sign in to the web app.
- If you delete the language or appearance cookie, the web app goes back to your browser's language and your device's appearance setting.
- If you clear local storage, the web app forgets the organization and workspace you chose.
9. Changes
If we decide to use a cookie that is not necessary (such as an analytics cookie), we will update this policy first and set that cookie only with your explicit consent.
