This contract covers the purchase of Qodify+ subscription packages in the web app. It is concluded, together with the package and billing details the buyer chose, when the buyer confirms it at checkout and completes the payment.
This is an English version of the Turkish text. If the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.

Buyer
The person or business in the billing details shown at checkout: name or company name, Turkish ID number or tax ID number, address, email address and phone number. The purchase is made by a user who is an owner or billing member of the organization in Qodify+.
2. Definitions
In this contract:
- Law means Consumer Protection Law No. 6502,
- Regulation means the Distance Contracts Regulation,
- Consumer means a natural or legal person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession. A buyer who buys with individual billing details is treated as a consumer,
- service, organization, workspace, credit and period have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.
3. Subject
This contract covers the electronic provision of the Qodify+ package the buyer chooses at checkout, as a monthly subscription, and the parties' related rights and obligations.
The package's name, monthly price excluding VAT, the VAT and the monthly total including VAT, monthly credits, workspace limit and features, the amount due today including VAT and the renewal day are shown at checkout. They form part of this contract.
4. Main characteristics of the service
- Qodify+ is an online software service that reads the data of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad accounts, reports on it and explains it with an AI assistant. Today the service makes no changes to ad accounts.
- Each package includes a monthly credit allotment, a workspace limit and any extra features listed for it. Features marked “Coming soon” on the pricing page are not available yet.
- Metered operations, such as the assistant's answers, use credits at a fixed credit price per operation type. The credit prices per operation type are shown on the Pricing page. Data sync, reports and safety operations use no credits.
- Credits renew at the start of each period. Unused credits expire at the end of the period and do not roll over. There are no top-up packs.
- Using the service requires a Meta ad account, an up-to-date web browser, an internet connection and a Turkish mobile phone number.
5. Price and payment
- Package prices are shown in Turkish lira, excluding VAT. At checkout, the amount excluding VAT, VAT at the rate in force (20% today) and the total including VAT are shown separately; the amount charged is the total including VAT. There are no delivery or other additional charges.
- The first payment is taken at purchase. Later payments are taken on the same day each month (the billing date) until the subscription is cancelled.
- Payment is made by card, in full, on the secure payment page of the payment provider (currently iyzico). Card details are processed and stored only by the payment provider and never reach Qodify+. The payment provider charges the monthly renewals to the stored card.
- If the buyer buys during the free trial, the trial ends at once. Its unused credits expire, the paid period starts that day, and that day becomes the billing date.
- Every charge gets an e-Fatura or e-Arşiv invoice, uploaded as a PDF to the billing page in the web app.
6. Conclusion, duration and start of the service
- The contract is concluded when the buyer confirms the pre-contract information form and this contract at checkout and the payment is approved.
- The contract has no fixed end. The subscription renews in monthly periods and continues until it is cancelled.
- The service starts as soon as the payment is approved: the package's credits, workspace limit and features are assigned to the buyer's organization. The service is provided electronically through the web app; there is no physical delivery.
7. Package changes
- Upgrades take effect at once. The billing date does not change. The price difference between the two packages, plus VAT, is charged at once, pro rata for the days left in the period, and the credit difference is added at once, pro rata. Before confirming, the buyer sees the amount due today, the credits to be added and the renewal date.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the period. The current package and remaining credits stay until then. If there are more workspaces than the new package allows, the buyer chooses which stay active; the others become read-only, and their data is not deleted.
8. Price and package changes
- Qodify+ may change a package's price, credits, workspace limit or features. A change applies to an existing subscription from the first renewal at least 30 days after notice in the web app and by email. Until that renewal, the current price and credits stay the same.
- If the buyer does not accept the change, the buyer can cancel or change package before that renewal, and the change will not apply to the buyer.
- If Qodify+ changes credit prices, it gives at least 30 days notice. New prices apply to operations that start after the date given in the notice.
9. Failed renewal payments
- If a renewal payment fails, there is no grace period. The buyer's organization is suspended at once and becomes read-only. Data can still be viewed, billing features used and Meta disconnected.
- The payment provider does not retry a failed renewal by itself. When an owner or billing member replaces the card on the payment provider's page, the failed renewal is charged again and the organization is reactivated at once. The amount charged is the monthly fee, including VAT, for the period that started on the renewal day; the billing date does not change.
- A buyer who wants to end a suspended subscription writes to destek@qodifyplus.com.
10. Right of withdrawal
Buyers who are not consumers have no right of withdrawal.
Consumers: under the Law and the Regulation, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving reasons and without paying a penalty. For service contracts, this period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
However, under Article 15(1) of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form (point ğ) or for services whose performance started, with the consumer's consent, before the withdrawal period ended (point h).
Qodify+ starts electronically as soon as the payment is approved. A buyer who buys with individual billing details expressly consents at checkout to the service starting at once, before the withdrawal period ends, and accepts that the right of withdrawal therefore cannot be used. The purchase cannot be completed without this consent. Qodify+ records when the consent was given and the versions of the documents confirmed.
The buyer can try the service with the 14-day free trial before buying.
Where the right of withdrawal can be used, the consumer sends a withdrawal notice within the period, by email to destek@qodifyplus.com or in writing to our address in section 1. Qodify+ refunds the amount charged to the card used for the payment, through the payment provider, within 14 days of receiving the notice.
11. Cancellation and termination
- The buyer can cancel the subscription at any time in Settings → Billing in the web app. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; until then the service continues, and the subscription does not renew.
- The fee for the current period is not refunded on a downgrade or cancellation. The consumer's rights under the Law remain unaffected. The cases in which we do refund are in our Cancellation and Refund Terms.
- Qodify+ may suspend the service or terminate this contract in the cases set out in the Terms of Use. If it ends the service without any breach by the buyer, it gives at least 30 days' notice and refunds the fee for the unused days of the paid period.
- When the subscription ends, the organization becomes read-only. 90 days after the end date, the organization's data is deleted after a notice.
12. Obligations of the parties
Qodify+:
- provides the service in line with this contract, the pre-contract information form and the Terms of Use,
- issues an invoice for every charge,
- processes personal data in line with the Privacy Policy and Information Notice.
The buyer:
- keeps the billing details accurate and up to date,
- pays the subscription fees,
- uses the service in line with the Terms of Use and keeps their account details safe.
13. Personal data
The personal data of the buyer and the users is processed as described in the Privacy Policy and Information Notice.
14. Disputes
- This contract is governed by Turkish law.
- Consumers can bring complaints and objections, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, to the consumer arbitration committee where they live or where they made the purchase, and above those limits to the consumer court. Where the law requires it, they must apply to a mediator before going to court.
- For disputes with buyers who are not consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction. The rules on mandatory mediation in commercial disputes remain unaffected.
15. Entry into force
- By confirming at checkout, the buyer accepts that they have read and confirm the pre-contract information form and this contract. Qodify+ records the confirmed versions and the time.
- The pre-contract information form and the order details shown at checkout form part of this contract. The Terms of Use also apply; if they conflict with this contract on a matter of the purchase, this contract prevails.
- Every version of this contract is published on this page. The confirmed text is also sent, with the order details, to the buyer's email address.
- This contract exists in Turkish and English. If the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.
