Credits per operation

Each metered operation uses a fixed number of credits for its type. Data sync, reports and safety operations use none.

How credits work

The assistant’s answers use credits, at a fixed credit price for each kind of operation.
Syncing data, reports and safety operations use no credits.
Credits renew at the start of each monthly period; unused credits expire at its end.

The trial

A 14-day trial starts when you open your account; no card needed. If you don’t choose a package when it ends, your account becomes read-only, and your data is kept for 90 days.

Changing or canceling your package

An upgrade takes effect at once: your billing date stays, and the price and credit difference for the remaining days is added pro rata.
A downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period, without partial refunds.

Do I need a card for the trial?

How do I cancel?

Cancel whenever you like from the billing page. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period, without partial refunds. Your account then becomes read-only; your data is kept for 90 days and then deleted, with a notice.
