What is Qodify+?
Qodify+ is an AI marketing agent for e-commerce businesses and agencies. It reads your Meta ad account, explains your campaigns, spend and conversions, and answers your questions with your own data.
Does Qodify+ change my ad account?
No. Qodify+ reads and explains your ad account, and makes no change without your approval.
Which ad platforms are supported?
Meta for now: Facebook and Instagram ads. Other platforms are on our roadmap.
Does it use my Qodify store’s sales too?
Not yet. Qodify store data is on our roadmap; for now, Qodify+ uses the purchases and values Meta reports.
Which languages can I use?
The app and the assistant speak Turkish and English. You can switch whenever you like.
How does it work for agencies?
Each client sits in its own workspace. Credits come from your organization’s shared pool; you can set a monthly limit per client and see the use by workspace.
Trial, packages and credits
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts without a card. If you don’t choose a package when it ends, your account becomes read-only, and your data is kept for 90 days.
What are credits, and what uses them?
The assistant’s answers use credits. Syncing data, reports and safety operations use none. Credits renew every month; unused ones expire at the end of the period.
Can I change my package?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect at once; your billing date stays, and the difference for the remaining days is charged pro rata. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period.
How do I cancel?
Cancel whenever you like from the billing page. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period, without partial refunds. Your account then becomes read-only; your data is kept for 90 days and then deleted, with a notice.
Data and security
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored on our servers in Germany. The privacy policy explains which data is processed and with whom it is shared.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. We work with AI providers under API terms that do not let them use the data sent to them to train their models.
