This form gives you the information required by Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation and by Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce before you buy a Qodify+ package. The form you confirm at checkout forms part of the Distance Sales Contract.
This is an English version of the Turkish text. If the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.

2. Main characteristics of the service
- Qodify+ is an online software service that reads the data of your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad accounts, reports on it and explains it with an AI assistant. Today the service makes no changes to your ad accounts.
- Packages are monthly subscriptions. Each package includes a monthly credit allotment, a workspace limit and any extra features listed for it. Features marked “Coming soon” on the Pricing page are not available yet.
- Metered operations, such as the assistant's answers, use credits at a fixed credit price per operation type. The credit prices per operation type are shown on the Pricing page. Data sync, reports and safety operations use no credits.
- Credits renew at the start of each period. Unused credits expire at the end of the period and do not roll over. There are no top-up packs; you can upgrade your package for more credits.
- To use the service, you need a Meta ad account, an up-to-date web browser, an internet connection and a Turkish mobile phone number.
3. Total price and payment
- Package prices are shown in Turkish lira, excluding VAT. At checkout, the chosen package's monthly price excluding VAT, VAT at the rate in force (20% today) and the total including VAT are shown separately. The total you pay for each monthly billing period is this total, taxes included.
- There are no delivery or other additional charges. Concluding the contract costs you nothing beyond your own internet access.
- The first payment is taken at purchase, and later payments on the same day each month (the billing date).
- Payment is made by card, in full, on the secure payment page of the payment provider (currently iyzico). Your card details never reach us. The payment provider stores your card and charges the monthly renewals.
- If you upgrade your package, the price difference between the two packages, plus VAT, is charged at once, pro rata for the days left in the period.
- No deposit or other security is required.
- Every charge gets an e-Fatura or e-Arşiv invoice, uploaded to your billing page.
4. Duration, renewal and ending the subscription
- The subscription has no fixed end and renews automatically every month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and the fee for that period is not refunded. Downgrades also take effect at the end of the period.
- If a renewal payment fails, there is no grace period and your organization becomes read-only at once. When you update your card, the payment is charged again and your organization is reactivated at once.
- A change we make to a package's price or content applies from the first renewal at least 30 days after our notice. If you cancel before that renewal, the change does not apply to you.
- When the subscription ends, your organization becomes read-only, and your data is deleted 90 days later after a notice.
5. Performance of the service
The service starts electronically as soon as the payment is approved: the package's credits, workspace limit and features are assigned to your organization. The service is provided through the web app (app.qodifyplus.com); there is no physical delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
- Consumers: a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving reasons and without paying a penalty. For service contracts, this period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
- Exception: under Article 15(1) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form (point ğ) or to services whose performance started, with the consumer's consent, before the withdrawal period ended (point h).
- Qodify+ starts as soon as you pay. If you buy with individual billing details, you expressly consent at checkout to the service starting at once, and you therefore cannot use the right of withdrawal. The purchase cannot be completed without this consent.
- You can try the service with the 14-day free trial before you buy.
- Where the right of withdrawal can be used, you can send your withdrawal notice within the period, by email to destek@qodifyplus.com or in writing to our address in section 1. We refund the amount you paid to the card you used within 14 days of receiving your notice.
- Buyers who are not consumers have no right of withdrawal.
7. Technical steps to conclude the contract
- Open an account at app.qodifyplus.com. Your account starts with a 14-day free trial.
- Enter your billing details in Settings → Billing.
- Choose a package on the package page. At checkout you see the package's price excluding VAT, the VAT, the amount due today including VAT, the package's credits and workspace limit, and the renewal day.
- Confirm this form and the distance sales contract. If you buy as an individual, also consent to the service starting at once.
- Complete the payment by entering your card details on the payment provider's secure page.
Correcting input errors: you can see and correct your billing details on the billing page before you pay. You can leave the checkout to change the package you chose. You can correct your card details on the payment page before you confirm the payment.
Keeping the contract text: we record the versions you confirm and the time. Every version of this form and of the distance sales contract is published on our site. The texts you confirm are also sent to your email address with your order details.
8. Privacy

9. Complaints and disputes
- You can send complaints to destek@qodifyplus.com or to the addresses in section 1. We look into complaints as soon as possible and answer in writing.
- If you are a consumer, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade you can apply to the consumer arbitration committee where you live or where you made the purchase, and above those limits to the consumer court. Where the law requires it, you must apply to a mediator before going to court.
10. Details of your order
The following details are shown at checkout and form part of the form you confirm:
- the package's name, monthly credits, workspace limit and features,
- the package's monthly price excluding VAT, the VAT and the monthly total including VAT,
- the amount due today including VAT (one month's fee during the trial or on a first purchase; the pro rata difference on an upgrade),
- the billing date and the next renewal date,
- your billing details: name or company name, Turkish ID number or tax ID number, address, email and phone.
